About the role
ABRIS is looking for a Marketing Manager to cover two markets, Georgia and Armenia, for an IT distribution business with a multi-vendor portfolio. In this cross B2B/B2C role you will support product lines and vendors, help Sales with lead generation and grow brand presence locally.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a marketing calendar across vendors and products (monthly/quarterly); set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Run B2B marketing activities: lead gen campaigns, webinars/events, partner campaigns, email/messenger communications, and sales enablement materials (presentations, one‑pagers, case studies).
- Support B2C directions (when relevant): promo campaigns, content/SMM, special projects, and local activations.
- Work with vendors: collect requirements, coordinate approvals, run joint plans, and prepare activity reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, regional team, product/pre‑sales): turn requests into clear marketing tasks and follow through on execution.
- Coordinate external partners and agencies (design/copy/video/performance/events): write briefs, control quality, timelines, and budget.
- Track performance (leads/registrations/engagement, channel efficiency), summarise insights, and create improvement plans.
Requirements
Required
- Clear understanding of the difference between B2B and B2C marketing (funnel, sales cycle, channels, role of content/events).
- Hands-on end‑to-end marketing campaign experience.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken); able to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Solid basics in marketing analytics: key metrics, reporting, and understanding impact on funnel/sales.
- English (B2) for vendor communication and marketing materials.
- Russian: working proficiency.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to Armenia for business purposes.
Nice to have
- 2–4 years of marketing experience (IT/B2B tech/distribution/system integrator is a strong advantage; multi-product experience is a plus).
- Experience with MDF/co‑op budgets and vendor reporting.
- Basic understanding of IT categories (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud, networking, enterprise software, any relevant area).
- Performance marketing experience or agency management (search/paid social/retargeting).
- Experience building marketing processes from scratch.
- Communication and event tools: email platforms, registration forms, webinar platforms (confident user level).
